SERVERALITY maintains racks in three different data centers throughout the United States. We operate our web servers out of multiple locations across North America. By instituting such infrastructure, we allow for complete redundancy if a problem were to arises. |

What type of support do I have if a problem were to arise? |

SERVERALITY monitors our servers 24/7 and if a problem arises we're able to isolate and repair it immediately. However, if our customers have any inquiries they can submit a support request to be actioned immediately. |
